i Cut a hole on the plastic cover to place the ballast in the engine bay, its simple plug and play after that. But for the right hand light its quite hard to change the bulb because of the battery. Im a small asian so my hand can reach in there and feel my way in there to fit the bulb.

focal V2 split
I was thinking of putting a set of these - or MB Quarts - in to my R running off the headunit unamped. What do you reckon?
What's your experience so far with the sound? Is your amp running the sub and the splits?
Any experience you can share would be great!

I use a 4ch amp and bridge 2 ch for the sub. My amp is only 400w but i think they loud enough and quite good sound quality. The v2 is quite good, my advice is just to listen to the R, the focal and the mb quart and decide which one you like. I also put a stinger hi/lo signal converter and stinger ground filter because of the hissing noise :(
sitta... all DIY? nice one mate! what next?
Yup all DIY stuff. Next will be some performance products from Jtune after they release it, definetely the exhaust is coming first, i want louder noise :). visually maybe a carbon bonet as soon as i can find one

Get a Volt kit from xenondepot / kbcarstuff.
Everything fit inside the headlight assembly for me. Install took less than 15 minutes.
take a look at http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=102128 for review/reference pics

The Jtune exhaust (atleast the prototype) is much higher pitched than mine.
Although it is more quiet and less drony.
haha not all the rims are mine, I just have friends who like to swap rims and tires for the sake of trying it out lol
nice sena

Nah, no Hondata flash for me, cause I can't tinker with it ahha
