yep Hytech, SSR, SMSP are all on top of the heap. Expect to pay a good amount of $$$ and a nice long wait.

I would recommend dtr/ssr header. Made 135wkw on an ITR engine with I/H/E, throttle body and tune. I would expect the header to be more beneficial when engine is highly modified.
The turn around time for these headers are around 6 weeks.

Do not get a 3 inch exhaust.
3inch is what you put on a turbo, you dont need that on NA. For some reason the yanks do. Although it pulls a better number on the dyno, cars running a 2.5 seem to run better 1/4. IMO!

for b18c yes 2.5 inch is good. for K series 3 inch exhaust seems to work well.

EDIT: engine is bored to 84mm and stroked to 92mm with ERL sleeved block, roughly 1.96L
84mm x 92mm is actually 2.04L and I would recommend a big tube hytech header, you can pick them up relatively cheap off ebay.....

Sorry to be the party pooper,
But it needs to be said... With the tall deck block, you will have clearance issues with the sump.
Bare this in mind before you waste money on headers that won't fit.
Also, don't try & make a f__k-up work.
If the headers are touching the sump pan, your engine will fail, sooner or later.
If you've got the money, SSR or Hytech* will make a set to suit, but you'll need to special order them.
TODA headers will fit without issue.
But you will have problems with every 4~1 and every Tri-y off the shelf header. This includes headers like Maxim Works (JUN) & Spoon 4~2~1's as the primaries are long & don't join untill under the sump.
Endyne may have them in stock...

ok cool, thanks for the info, the deck is only 14mm taller but i guess the headers fit very close as it is, what if i get off the shelf headers and get my mate to tig weld a 14 or 15mm section in each pipe before it reaches the curving section. anyone out there running the raised deck?

IF your chasing power then go for custom headers from SSR, SMSP and etc... they make them to order, tell them what motor your building and they will build a header to suit. custom over off the shelf items anyday.

very good point MR TODA. a point that alot of motor builders dont take into account.
