well the engine itself is very hard to find.

The conversion shouldnt be too much of a hassle. buying a half cut will get all teh parts u need.

Possibly buy some rear brake kit for a conversion for discs instead of drums.

Use a search function on teh forums, engine conversions has been discussed to death.

yeah well my cousin has just done a b16a conversion to his eg (sohc vti).... he bought the half cut it was a jap import one and he had to get custom cv's and alot of other work had to be done, so just thinking if it is worth it or should i turbo charge my engine ...

turbo wouldnt be worth it with ur current engine.

But how much are u looking at spending?

Ud need to change the gearbox, gearlinkage (+ brushings) all to b series stuff..

Im assuming ur running all dseries stuff right? The D series linkage from memory slighy shorter then the b series and the arms are striaght (ish) while with the b series 1 arm crosses over the other (or seems too)

If you're going for a b16 front cut, its probably more cost effective to sell the car and buy a vti-r civic.

Yea Id agree with Wyonde on that, and youd have alot less hassles along the way (trust me... b16a conversions not done properly = alot of hassel and headaches + possibly money)
