Latest 0-100km/h time = 7.02
Ran street trim with closed intake...
More practice with the clutch and I am sure 6.8 is achievable :D

shit! =)
thats good timing!!
maybe its time to run me? =)
Great! Ladies and gentleman - I present to you the fastest Euro in Australia!!! :) (if anyone disagrees - step forward!)
Couple of questions Nick- do you remember what RPM the launch was?
What has changed since the last run - retune VAFC?
What is a closed intake?
Did you drop the tyre pressure?
Make sure you post this on the US forums - they will go nuts... You got 0-60mph under 7 seconds - something everyone with a TSX is trying to achieve without going turbo. The lower kerb weight of the Euro compared to the TSX helps! :D

Nah did nothing, STREET TRIM, Just decided to run the car on impulse...No reduction in tyre pressure or removal of anything in the car and exactly half a tank of fuel in it, only thing I forgot to do was to remove my CAI intake cover, that would have help :P abeit little but it would have helped...
I don't wanna go brag in the US forums coz they're bound to flame me back so I'll keep it within the OzHonda community..
My launch was at 2000RPM I think... Most of the time, I launch from idle..
I have a photo of the time on the RSM on my phone, I'll upload it and post it up here, if by then I get a better time, I'll use that LOL :D
P.S, 0-60miles is only 0-96 or 98km/h in metric so their times will be more in actual 0-100km/h runs...

How accurate is the RSM?
Almost as accurate as the Gtech Pro Comp :) and I got the G Sensor too ... Still beats better than a stopwatch LOL ..... Percentage of error, prolly 0.1%? Not Sure...

according to my phone camera video i crack the 0-100 in an easy 6 seconds flat. In street rim with half a tank of petrol, a heavy stereo and 17" wheels.
did a 2000rpm launch with a little bit of wheel spin.
anyone want to see the vid? u have to down load nokia multi media player to view it.

Nick
I think you are the first person to have run 0-60mph under 7seconds without a turbo in a Euro/TSX.

Nah man, ill drive a coupe and she can have the family car!!! haha
but anyway, wats the stock 0-100 time in a manual??? and the 1/4 mile?
Honda quotes 7.9 for standard Euro. 1/4 mile is high 15s.
Some have got less than quoted time - these guys got 7.6

Luxury manual is slightly slower due to extra weight - Wheels mag got 8.1 for lux 6mt
