I have a couple of questions regarding sway bars on EG vti
1. Can I use the EM1 end links or I need to use my current EG end links to fit the EM1 FRONT sway bar on the EG?
2. For the rear ones, do I need to use EG6/DC2R LCA to fit DC2R rear sway bars on the EG? Should I use the end links from the DC2R sway bar or use the end link from current EG sway bar?
thanks
2. No, you can run DC2R swaybars on EG vti,si. DC2 LCA's

u do not need EG6/DC2R LCAs to fit the ITR sway bar. Stock LCAs will be fine.

Yes you can use DC2R endlinks that came with the DC2R sway bar.
No the EM1 front sway bar wont fit your EG. who told u that ?

ok. nobody told me, just thought that em1/ek4 front sway bar can fit on EG/DC if I change the end links.

nope. u gotta think about the chassis mate. EM/EK are never interchangeable with EG/DC.

Not chassis....subframe
To fit a EG/DC swaybar to a EK and vice versa - you need the front subframe and LCA's from the swaybars original fittment.
IE
DC2R swaybar onto a EK - you need DC2 / EG subframe.
EK swaybar onto a EG - you need EK4/EM1/EK1 front LCA's and EK subframe

best bet yup.
Get a swaybar that suits your car :)
Rather than muck around with other cars parts etc....cheaper and easier in the short and long term :)

with a thicker sway bar (eg 24mm whiteline), is it neccesary to have a sub-frame brace like ASR?

although it's not really necessary, it's RECOMMENDED to have a subframe brace to avoid any subframe tears from having way thicker swaybar than stock...
it rarely happens to EG/EH, more often happen to EKs (maybe EJ8s and EM1s too since they share the same chassis/subframe with EKs)...
