Hey,

Tomorrow im going to be re-spraying/replacing my gauge bulbs...

Is it advised that i take my - battery terminal off the battery to ensure i dont crap a fuse/kill the gauge cluster?

Input needed/wanted

no, you don't need to d/c the terminals if you're just taking the tacho out and replacing a couple of globes.

It's recommended to do that if you're doing any electrical work on the car.

Taking the neg lead off takes, literally, less than a minute, so I don't see why you wouldn't give yourself some peace of mind.

yeah dude its fine... my cluster was still connected.. just had to reach behind and twist off the bulb caps
