HELP, Fan not working

I got a problem with the fan, i turn the fan to 1,2 ,3 or 4, no air coming up

i check the heater a/c relay, the fuse is blown, so i replace another 1,
but after i replace it, and start the engine, a spark coming out from the fuse that i just replace and the fuse blown again.

i replaced 3 times already, still doing the same, Any idea ??

check the fan circuit for shorts.

the fan resistor may have failed

hey ECU -man, for some reason, it is now workign fine?!

not sure why, but all i did is make sure the fuse under the engine bay is all plugin properly, and then replace the fuse for the fan, and now its all working.
