Cigarette lighter not working

Hey guys, bought a new EG5 not too long ago, and never had to use the cigarette lighter until yesterday. Plugged my GPS charger into it and the light wouldn't turn on. Tried another charger, didn't work either. Put in the cigarette lighter knob thing, and didn't work either.

My guess is that the whole ciggy lighter unit hole is broken. Kinda sucks when there's nowhere to power your devices.

I read somewhere it has something to do with fuses. My radio works, cos I think they are both somehow related on the same fuse.

How do i fix it, what parts do i need, how much does it roughly costs, and where can i get the parts from?

Take out the sentre console to see if its plugged in, i remember when i installed my CD player, i unplugged it and forgot to plug it back in lol and i still havent HAHA

it's probably unplugged...
just pull the lower console off and see if the clips are clip on

save urself a fuse...remember to unplug ur battery before u clip the ciggie lighter back on...

lol, probably the socket where your lighter goes into is fualty, or the plunger itself, lol.
