you will gain something as PRC have more air volume compared to PRB

JDM EP3R and JDM DC5R IM are the same, Exhaust Manifold Im sure the DC5R is better quality hence the extra HP on the DC5R.

US guys usually go for the DC5R JDM EM for their EP3s.

If you are wanting to stick with PRC then i also recommend getting a larger plenum ( RCREW etc) I've tried this set up with a bored out IM and have noticed better throttle response and top end with stock ecu.

BTW for intake, if you are willing to wait and spend the extra bucks and also get a tuneable ecu.

Modified RBC IM, Hondata IMG, Karcepts Adapter and 70mm TB.

That is all.

does these 2 both fit dc5 type r? if so, which is a better choice?

JDM Euro R CL9 ( RBC ) intake manifold
JDM DC5 type R intake manifold ( PRC)

PRC is straight bolt on.

RBC you need to modify a bit to fit.
