smoked tail lights from the states legal here?

hey im about to get sum smoked tail lights from ebay
just wondering if its legal here?

afaik its illegal to block any light output on the front or rear if the car
however its really up to the discretion of the officer who sees it

They don't look dark to me, although probably not ADR approved it will depend on the officer, but they look fine to me.

they dont even looked smoke, if u want examples of smoked taillights, XP02ED had smoked tail lights on his dc5 and lol they were insane, these i dont think are even smoked and most officers probly wouldn't notice the diffrence between these tails and your stock ones... good choice of taillight to, much better than those ricey round altezza ones.
