Hi im just confused about how to remove the rear whipper but still being able to close the boot, because when i look at it it looked like the hook was attached to the motor. Is the only way to take off the whipper is to remove the motor?? and if so would the hook still be stable?? Or do you have to remove the motor and then remove the whipper then put back the motor?? Could someone verify this or tell me how its done?

Thank you.

to remove wiper properly , you need to take off the wiper , open your boot hatch , use a phillips head screwdriver and take the outer plastic casing apart. Inside is the motor , with a few 10mm nuts it will come out. Disconnect it from the wiring too.

Now you should have the bare metal mounting left , reuse it and use some 10mm nuts to hold the latch part in its original position.
You need a 40mm cover with a screw end to cover the hole where teh wiper went thru.
