I'm no expert on the topic, but to run that stroker kit you're going to need a sleeved B20 or B18 block anyway as the pistons supplied are 85mm.
Its going to be different for every builder/tuner, but my tuner advised me stronlgy against stroking my B18C7 to anything more than 89mm on a standard bore. If I was to resleeve my block to an 85mm bore, he recomended a maximum stroke of 92mm. However, my objectives may be different from yours as i wanted top end power for touge and occasional track use.
To my understanding, if you want to use a 95mm crank in a standard b18 block, the rod/stroke ratio is going to seriously suffer, and a much greater load will be placed on the cylinder side walls. Also, at any given level of rpm, piston speed is going to increase dramatically over your current setup, placing a large amount of strain on the rings. The large stroke is also going to shift peak power down the rev range and completely change the engine dynamics. None of the above are going to improve the driveability and longevity of your engine. I would advise building a nice b20 bottom end and giong from there.
