hey just wondering whether my current exhaust set up has any decent performance gains from stock vtir system
currently its a 4-2-1 headers, 2.25 inch cat with 2.25 inch b pipe with stock vtir axleback. would there be much more gains by getting a 2.5inch catback or a 2.25inch axleback exhuast, or would best option be to save that money and use it to get some 4-1 headers

your best bet would be to get a 2.5inch catback, all of it, without the vtir muffler

type r muffler if u want the standard oem look!
The stock Vtir axleback (muffler) will prevent your engine from making any more power than stock. Replace it with a 2.25 inch axle back with a straight-thru muffler.

Leave the B-pipe... As long as it's Mandrel bent and not leaking. A b-pipe is a B-pipe.
Get a new muffler, as it's not flowing. You most likely going to get backflow (gases held up) if you have a 2.25 inch dumping into a smaller diameter pipe.
If your car is street driven, stay with 4-2-1 headers - But look at something aftermarket, if you want an improvment. 4-1 will give you good high RPM power, but will suck for daily Low RPM driving.

everthings after market atm except for axleback
so the best option is to get 2.25inch axleback
thx guys
if im wrong plz correct me
btw im not interested in high rpm atm so i guess the extractors are staying (i think they were hurricane-livo exhaust brand)

would a type r muffler with that system still allow good flow but keep the car quiet-ish?
