Best off going to the dealers and speaking to them in person. They are more likely to get you a better deal face to face then over the phone or via recommendations unless fellow OH's which work in Vic Honda dealers can give you an offer

Thanks for all the advice. I too realise going to the dealerships is probably the best idea but what I was after was anyone who has just gotten one. There's another thread here on CRVs with some ball park prices so I thought this would be the same as that in pointing out a ballpark price.
