I found the DIY link and I plan to do this over the next weekend or two..

Just out of interest, when you remove the door trim, you can't seem to take the arm rest section out from the actual door trim, as it's held in by plastic rivit like things..
Do you just break these off to get the armrest out...
If so, how do you re affix the arm rest?!
