hey all i think ive posted something similar liek this before but
just a couple questions
1. what would be good material to use to make a liner/cover
2. rough idea on costs
3. where would i get it from? i was thinking bunnings?
hard to find one that isint warped from the wreckers so i thought i would buy some material to make on for myself

just hard wood and yea u can get em from bunnings

see if u can trace the shape onto plywood by using the carpet...then cover it up with some actual carpetting and attach it onto the plywood with glue. then staple the carpets on the underside of the ply...

very true...i like that idea i was going to trace it with the carpet thats there but i was thinking wont it need to be on some sort of a hinge so i can lift half of it up.....because i want to screw the subbie down against the backseat to prevent it from moving anywhere....
