Boss kit for steering with airbag

hi guys, wanted to change the sterering wheel on my teg R and was wondering if it would be an offence to remove the original steering wheel with the air bag (in US it is.....)? Any views?

there have been numerous topics / posts upon this....

and the fact is - swapping out a STOCK item such an AIRBAG steering wheel is illegal .

Reasons are safety ofcourse...and ADR guidelines etc.
Leave it stock if u are driving on the road.
