Hey guys,

I have an eg with a h22a. I'm thinking of changing my headers cause they are slightly damaged cause of ground clearance. I do not have to worry about this problem anymore cause i have changed my koni yellows to a good set of coilovers.

So i was just wondering what aftermarket headers are good & their price range cause i cant seem to find aftermarket headers for a h22a. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Hello,

I did a quick google search maybe you will wan't to read through some of these threads, depends if you want performance gains/differences. I understand the pricing will be in american dollars, but atleast it gives you an idea of brand names etc

there are heaps of H22 header manufacturers ranging from 400 AU upto 1600 AU.

Before deciding on header though, you need to decide what you are going to with your car modification wise. Then from that work out what exhaust size you require to get the best flow, then after that cost is a factor.

No point buying a 1500 header if you are just going to put on an exhaust system and 18" chromies

nice and cheap, does the job.. X-force headers...or pop over to a good exhaust place, and ask em how much for custom headers. you get to choose the I.D and the collector diameter..win win situation ( if u have the money)

94vtirozguy is right, you need to first decide what mods and wat sort of gains you want to decide on headers.
4-1 seem to be sluggish torque but provide more high range performance
4-2-1 provide more mid range.
alot of ppl have diff opinions about diff brands so you can decide for yourself based on reviews.
x-force dont seem to be too bad for its price.

x-force bang for buck. I would use them if i was on a budget.
