JDM 4-2-1 headers?
Where did these come from... as in, what car did these headers come from?
Or are they imported new from somewhere?

96 jdm spec came with 4-2-1
98 jdm spec came out with 4-1

Im assuming an ITR when you say that...?

edit: ITR headers will fit, however i beleive theres some slight modifications to be had as a DC4 exhaust is 2" whereas the ITR is 2.25"

why don't u post the brand/name of the actual headers, and we'll be able to help you..

but the general rule of thumb, b-series extractors (for b18) should fit any b-series engine..

but if they're made for b16 (depending on model), sometimes they won't clear the block of the b18

I used em1 b16 headers on a b18 and it cleared fine.

is this true??

do you know if its a lot of work if the piping is 2" to 2.25"?

if you're planning to get your "fujitsubo" exhaust, and run ITR headers, you'll need to fabricate a new cat, or use a jdm cat..
so whatever happens, the exhaust shop you'll be doing it at, will be able to modify a cat to your setup.

Yes but as tripitaka was saying the jdm header will be shorter so you will run into trouble there and the donut flange will be bigger and not match your audm cat.

YES WILL FIT lol B series all same. just different at the donut flange n size etc.

just take it to a shop and let them do the rest. It will fit :D

PS its not worth it. A JDM SiR / 96 spec ITR header is 4-2-1 , and exactly the same as the AUDM 4-2-1 header. No point IMO just keep your stock b18b header.

i recommend for the cat to be 2.25 or 2.5 anything above 2.5 is too big for a dc4 b18b setup unless you go turbo where you need a 3" cat.

if tis a 2.25 or 2.5 then they might need to reweld flanges but yeh man it will all fit :) just get 2.25 or 2.5. might cost extra $10-20 for each flange but your still saving $200 from a $300 b/new cat :) have fune dude
