LOLOLOLOL,
my Type Rofl has been owned due to my dodgy driving.
I reversed outta a car park spot at broadway and hit da pillar!!! damn it.

Any ideas how to quick fix paint red my bumper? Alternatively its a good excuse to get a new cooler looking bumper. hehe.

... wow people these days must love throwing money at stupid things.
your options:
fix + respray (depends how bad a condition it's currently)
touch up paint
buy a 2nd hand bumper (lots floating around)
replace and respray (as you've stated, please factor in shipping time, spray time, fitting time, ect.)

honda or a spray shop they can match a batch up and send you on your merry way, either method will require a 'paint code'
good luck (paint code usually found near the tire placard on the passenger side door well. If not happy hunting)

Respray that scrached spot and feather around it. Touchup paint isn't going to being it back to like new (or even 1/4 of like new)

You can't DIY and hope for it to come back to like original. Call a mobile spray painter and get a quote. About $150-200 I reckon.

no the bumper is made from some form of plastic so leaving it will not be of any harm in short term. If you are planning on respraying the whole bar then I would not worry at all long or short either way it has to be prepped before any work is to be carried out.

You can leave it for a very very long while. I have similar damage on my bumper from 3 years ago and I just left it there. Not going to repair it because I'm sure the bumper will be damaged again in the future.

... that's it just a white scrape mark? have you tried polish? that usually removes surface blemishes as such (trust me I've tried on a 07 FD civic I ran into a pole on the left, damaged but made it look so so after a bit of polish)

if you're not skilled with paint then alot of the time you will make it look worse thank it already does.

Just leave it till you can afford to do it properly.

if its just paint from the pillar your car kissed, try going over it with a claybar and see if it takes the pillar paint off
