Does a low to mid 15 second pass sound right for a gen 2 non vtec crx with cai, header and 2 inch cat back?

I will run it with no rear interior.
Used to ran 14.79 sec back in NZ with I+h+e + ACT clutch + lighten flywheel on street tyres.

my mate with a JDM EF Crx (96kw at the engine standard) has Intake, Exahaust and headers, took out backseat plus other plastic crap (not seatbelts).
He did a 15.365 run. id imagine a stock crx (88kw) would do high 15's low 16s

eheh Yonas isnt telling you what else was done or removed :) OR what exact "street legal" tyres were used (in NZ)
BTW a low 15 is doable
