EG Headlight adjustment

Can someone enlighten me how to adjust the position of my headlights(for EG civic)? I heard there are two screws to look for but can't find them..

Mine are cross eyed. Can a mechanic do this next time I get a service?

easy enough to do this yourself but yes your mechanic can also do this, if you're lazy lol
