roof problem

ok i have had a lot of trouble with this...when i close my roof jus above the rear window its flappy...there should be a pole there but it dosent stay in place...its the last pole just before rear window...can anyone post a pic where it should eg behind frabic? infront of fabric? and also those two straps from that pole where should they be?
