Try changing your gearbox fluid first (Honda OEM will do) and then come back with the results and let us know how you go.

I have problem with mine too.. when I change gear, it sounds so loud..
Is this caused by clutch need replacing?
or transmission oil?

car has done 70k btw

i've had the 2nd gear issue too, mtf06 made it alot smoother, although it still happens sometimes, esp. wen gearbox is cold.

i was reading some where and it said that if you can hear your gears changing then your synchros are warned but yeah.....dont know if this is the noise that its referring too....mine does the same...its makes lik a click when engaged in to a gear expecially the low gears.....but ive asked around and every one seems to have the same problem....every one just tells me its normal..........

When it's totally stuffed, it'll just pop out of gear.
Taking it to the drags will hurry this allong if you like.
The price difference to fix it between fixing it now & when it's really rooted is about $180, so it's no biggie...
(Though the whole job isn't cheap, really)
So my advice would be to change the oil & live with it...
