b18c clearances - help!!!

hey guys! as some of you know im building a turbocharged b18c engine. I am about to do a clay test to measure the clearances.

I am testing -
b18c1 block with shaved deck.
ITR head.
ITR cams.
Ajustable cam gears.
ARP head stud kit


I need to find the clearance values (mm's) for the following :

- piston to head (as block has been shaved)

- piston to valve (while vtec is engaged)

also what would be the maximum degrees you would typically expect to tune with ajustable cam gears and standard type r cams to tune out the overlap?
