Got a dc2, just 2 days ago i noticed it was hard to put in to gear 3 4 and 5.
Also sometimes it feels like it wants to pop my gear stick back out
just bled the clutch so new fluids.
clutch isnt slipping either.
synchro's no idea about that.
any thoughts appreciated.

brakes are nothing to do with shifting.
Does it happen when the engine is off / on ? Does it happen more when cold / hot ? Does your gearstick move more than usual IE when you rev your engine the stick pitches ?
Try flushing your clutch fluid with fresh brake fluid ( DOT4) see if that helps your shifting.

*edit bled the clutch master cylinder
happens when long driving so more so when its hot.
under 2.5rpm goes in quite good most of the time.
when engine off its fine.

ks on gearbox/engine/clutch ?
Also how are you engine mounts and shift linkage ? Both might be worn and misguiding your shifting.

but engine mounts are quite fine im presuming. no problems with them yet.

happen to have an aftermarket short shifter installed?
as for engine mounts, apparently broken rear mounts usually give you similar problems i.e. popping out of gear over a large bump
grab your intake manifold while the car is off and try rocking it back and forth, it should be solid otherwise the rear mount might be broken
also might wanna checkout your linkage incase any bolts are loose/missing

no aftermarket shifter. car is dead stock besides twinloop.
and for engine mounts, i highly doubt thats broken but ill be sure to check it out anyway. but it doesnt pop over bumps it just feels like it doesnt want to stay in when i shift gears.
and as for linkage that 100% will be checked out!
thanks.
