Just wondering if anybody's S2K got fitted wit some wheels thats
17 x 8 (+30) front and rear? Or do they have to be like 17 x 7 front,
17 x 8 for rear?

The offset is different front to rear.
For wide 17" fitment & still clear everything, use...
Front - 17 x 7.5 + 48 (5 x 114.3)
Rear - 17 x 8.5 + 43 (5 x 114.3)
This is about your limit as to going wide & lowering the car with minimum scrub.
(Assuming you don't roll the guards or anything when it's lowered)
NB: Will just scrub in the rear with motorsport semi's on
