B16b?

Hey all i was just reading up on a couple of things on the b16b when i came across this site that said that the b16b block was the same as the b16a block... i thought it was the same as a b18c block can anyone confirm?

b16b is same as the ITR b18c block, except its destroked.

The head is the same as a b16a, but has a few extra refinements, ported &polished from factor + a few other bits

I thought so, i was second guessing it cause it sais thats the specs are from honda but i guess not
