Hey guys,
just got my engine back from the shop (had a crack welded up)
put her all back together last night, and went to turn her over this arvo and had nothing.
Keep in mind my car has been sitting for the last 6 months. Battery and alternator has been out of the car.
All electicals still work (radio, windows, gauges, headlights (nice strong beam) etc etc etc)
Current state:
12.3 volts across the battery
12.1 volts going into the alternator
0 ohms resistance from the alternator to ground (chassis ground - haven't checked to ground at battery - should be ok though)
12.1 volts at starter motor.
0 volts at starter signal wire when cranking
everything seems fine apart from the start singnal wire. is this dependant on the main relay?? or the PGMFI relay?
Anyhelp would be great guys. I'm soo close to getting my car running again after a long loooooooooooong wait.
