Hi Everyone,

After being involved in HID Kits and Retrofits for quite a while, i decided to do one for myself. I used Lexus RX330 Projectors with 300ZX Lenses. From my experience, the best combination for value for money. In terms of Beam pattern, cutoff and intensity they only fall third to the LS430 & Honda S2000 Projectors.

Total Cost: ~$450 (Projectors, Lenses, Consumables & My own brand HID Kit)
Total Time: Approx. 8-9 Consistant Hours.

Specs:
Lexus RX330 Xenon Projectors
Nissan 300ZX Clear 2.5" Lenses
4300K 35W HID Kit (My Own Brand) (Using Philips Bulbs, Nichicon Ballasts)

Here are some pictures, Keep in mind i took these pictures with my camera phone, at night its hopeless shows the first picture much brighter than to the human eye. Doesnt do the fit much justice but just the same....

Also i am in the lifted zone of the cutoff (driver side headlight) thats why one headlight is bright and the other one is still above the cutoff.

Cheers.

I hope people come to realise just how bad Plug & Play kits can be. So many people on the road with 'glarey' HID Kits. One i saw last night in a Mazda 3 had HID's in the driving lights and it was producing so much glare you couldnt look at the front end of the car.......people have got to learn.
