Hi,
I know some of you will say im crazy, I really like the look of reverse sensors but I don't really have the need nor could I justify paying $500 for it professionally installed.
Does anyone know or heard of fake stick on studs that you can just stick onto the bumper to achieve the luxurious look? Hopefully it will be dirt cheap and would be a nice cosmetic mod.
Cheers

why don't u buy just the sensor heads from Honda, and cut the wiring behind it. then stick the heads on.
they're not expensive. and will give you that 'genuine' look

Don't buy proper stuff and cut the wire. Go to the wreckers, look for a bumper with the sensor studs and pluck them off. Probably cost you less than $1 for a whole set (you'll cop some laughing from the wrecker guys, but it's all good).

Grommets are about $5 a box.
You'll need to puncture a whole to put them in.

Or slice the grommet to half thickess with a blade and stick them on the bumper with sticky tape. No holes required.

pfft $500 for reverse sensors, rip off
Buy them off ebay for $50 and install them yourself, its not hard to do.
Remove the rear bumper
Measure and Drill the holes with the supplied 20mm drill bit
pop the sensors in
route the wires into the boot through the existing accessory hole
mount the reverse sensor unit behind the carpet somewhere (above the wheel arch for example)
Connect/tap the power wire to the Reverse Light wire
Connect Earth to the Chassis
Route the Beeper/Screen into the cabin via the C-pillars (side of the rear seats)
Mount the Beeper/Screen under the seat or dash or where-ever you want.
If you cant install it yourself, get an auto electrician to do it, it takes less than two hours (probably 1 hour for a prr), so labour wouldnt cost too much. Maybe ~$150

As long as the OP likes the look of the sensors.. then let him be....
Just a thought though...you could get small rings, or washers.
With the washer's i'd say about a 12mm , and tap the inner hole out to about 9mm, and then colour them in to match your car. And then stick on car with double sided tape, or some type of glue (Which will prolly kill ur paint).....should look pretty genuine from far away? ----- Cant belief i just thought of that -_-..
