Hi
I have a bit of a problem when it rains :(
i seem to be collecting water on the drivers side under the pedals, i park my car outside a garage on a slope with engine being lower that the rear
when i get up in the morning to go to work i see a puddle like the pic
(camera phone sorry)
has anyone else had this ??
i cant see it dripping anywere, and i have pulled up the carpet dried it and it keeps coming back, i dont think well, there are no signs of it running from the back im lost :(

Yes, quite a few of the problems with the G2 are still present in the g3's.
Such as the sunroof leak and bottom windscreen leak.

hey lerroy, the pic you posted shows the floor on the drivers side, and the two links posted give instructions for leaks on passenger side.
My mate had a 94 gsi teg and he had water coming in at his feet like you have posted in the pic. The water was actually coming in through the gap between the brake booster and the firewall. Dont know if this will be the same problem as yours but its worth a check.
The articles could also be the fix but this check will not cost you any money either way.
Just pop your bonnet and pour some water in the position i just mentioned above and see if any drops of water come out toward your pedals.
