Hi,
I have an eg with a 18c7 conversion.
It currently has a short ram intake but I'm wanting to put in a CAI (the likes of injen or AEM).
My problem is I'm not sure if I should purchase one made for a dc2r or an eg civic? Which would be the better fit?

(also if you have a preference on injen/aem/other i'd like to know, am still deciding.)

Thanks

you will need to get a cai for a eg to fit, dc2 cai will not fit in the eg.
Make sure the cai is 2.75 inch, recommended from AEM for b18cr

i would say EG for the car fitment but u will want to make sure the pipe is the right size for the throttlebody

i would recommend Fujita or Injen

Fujita is slightly cheaper and has a better pod design but slightly thinner piping
Injen is a little more expensive but the pod design isnt as good but it has thicker piping

i went with Fujita for my DC2 and it was awsome, noticable gain down low and slightly better throttle reponse, with good flow up high

alot quieter than short ram down low but once u hit mid u get a nice deep rumble sound kinda like a wrx =)

good luck with it man =)
