I dont know if this exists but i am not aware of it..

basically other forums have it, just after you click the link it returns with say the last 10 threads that you either created or posted in.

something like:
Quick Links > Your recent posts

would be handy

Search for threads containing posts by Dxs
if post creation is less than 1 month old return in search results

and show the threads

In your usercp there is a link "list subscriptions"

Or

Quick Links "Subscribed threads"

That will list all the threads that you have posted in

Thats what your looking for?

no.. not subsciptions

just want a dump of say the threads i have posted in, during the last month or so

so if the thread has progressed, i can easily find it and check new posts in it..

rather than, click search, wait for page to load then click on username area and type my name in and then click on the search button.

A fundamental principle with interface design, is to make tasks use the least amount of clicks/least effort.

If i can have something that is in the quick links.. so i can just click quick links, and then say 'Your Posts'

so it just shows a list recent threads i have posted in.. so i can check if people have replied etc etc

Unfortunately all that we can offer are the features that are available in vBulletin.
