Eh, how does my intake work? can anyone use this picture and draw me a diagram, the pipe over the box looks useless? if i wanna SRI, where do i put it?

that , is a carbied engine.

The "intake" you have , is the intake pipe and the big box is the intake resonator. This " removes" the induction noise.
The actual Air filter is located in a box right above the carby.

Well, if it has a round black circle thing the size of a small pizza sitting on top of your engine, then its carby i think =D

SRI's do shit all for them.

I'm looking at buyings ome Velocity stacks (trumpets) that fit over the carby heads / openings under that black box at the top of your motor.

Place some socks on them and it'll be fine i personally recon.

+ It'll sound ****ing fat.

yeah, it just has two carbs that feed the fuel as opposed to one.

Look below the airbox, you'll see two silver cylinder like things.

They are your carbs!

carbies are not that bad

You can look into replacing the carbs / trying to work out a good bicycle filter to fit for better breathing (carbies do sound heaps good)

You can live with a carb though if it's a daily / cruiser. That's what my cars going to be.
