How to change Interior courtesy light bulb

Both my interior middle "courtesy" light bulbs have blown and I cant see how to replace them. I have searched in this forum and also looked in the manual that comes with the car, but cant find how to get to them.
It seems each time I get my car back from a service at the dealer one of them is not working. :(

Courtesy lights are the driver and passenger seat's lights on the door...
The lights you're talking about are the dome lights/map lights... I think:confused:
Are they the lights in the centre on the ceiling at the front?
