Wheel Contour/ Flange

Hey all,
I know this question is a bit technical, could the tyres made for a 15x6J wheel fit (without any problem) on to a 15x6JJ rim? The difference been the J and JJ ?(flange). Just got the alloys for the civic and found out that is the difference:eek:

ask a tyre shop mate, usually if the difference in size isnt that much, they will bung the tyre over it, i know they did this for me once, even though the new rim was wider or something, so just ask them, and if it can, theyll be the best people to verify.

also what the hell is flange? i know what flange is, and trust me, its got nothing to do with tyres... however u do put rubber in it LOL
