d16y8 conversion into a ed9

hey guys currently having a ed9 crx which has a d16a8 in it (dohc non-vtec)

im wondering if i should swap a d16y8 into it(sohc vtec) and turbo it or i should just go ahead and turbocharge the d16a8?

if so how difficult is the conversion?

yeah but most turbo kits are specifically for sohc.

does greddy sell kits for d16a8?
