Seems like insurance for Jazz is quite expensive.
Weird... It's not like hoons drive around Jazz.
Even more expensive than Accord Euro to insure.
Doesn't make any sense to me. anyone know why?

lol
I am with Just Car and mine is $700-800 for rating 2
mine is brand new Jazz2004
but i am going to shift to AAMI since they got much more panel beater to choose from as not every AAMI beater is with Just Car too
it make sense to me

I think most would be market value unless specified which will make your premium go up

I will switch to Agreed value next year when I renew my insurance.... its only 100 extra.....
oh ye.... Catcha..... I had a 2000 Lancer MR too.... but the Mitsubishi quality really disappoints me..... :)

Quality for back then was ok...compared to a Honda...no competition, I still have my lancer when i got it new in 97 and it's still going very well. Mitsubishi is very reliable but resale sucks bad.........
And the thing is it still looks good after 7 years....which will be the same for the Honda Jazz

ye, resale value sucks..... I bought my Lancer in 2000 for 26k..... sold it half a year later for 19k.... :( :( :( drove 25,000km in 6 month....

The re-sale on the Jazz seems to be quite strong at the moment...not a lot of secondhand ones for sale and the prices are still pretty high....

TypeG are you sure about the AAMI thing and having more repairers to chose from? In NSW with AAMI you don't get choice of repairer. You take it to one of their "assessment centres" and they delegate the work out. Also Just Cars will/may insure your mods, whereas with AAMI, chances are they won't. Maybe it's different in Vic?

coz sadly i just got my car hit by some1
and i go to AAMI repairer to get a quote and after that Just Car told me that shop is not with Just Car..... but i saw a lot of AAMI repairer but i assume parts of them is not with just car now
Just car and aami allow mod but the problem is i havent told them b4 i got hit so my car is back to stock now as i am too lazy to ring them and wait..... to tell them what mod i got one by one
lol

What the? I'm 23, rating 5 and with AAMI full comp. They asked me to pay ~$1900... But I just pay around $900 with their FlexiPremium thing. Any thoughts about it?

I found that Just Car is very easy to deal while claiming.
Maybe it isnt my fault but I get a get a free bodykit from them after a small hit.
lol
the inspector didnt even look at my car and ask me go ahead with my repaier
