Depending on the offset of the rims, and the width of the rims.
Offset determines how far in or out the rims sit.
Width is usually between 6 and 7 inches.
Not sure that superlows will reach the tyre, but with ppl in the back or over bumps you'll know whether it's rubbing.

 if you go offset similar to stock, between +40 and +50 and rims/tyres not too wide (205 on 7" rim is good), should not rub.
tell us your rim specs and it'll help.
I use EG superlows on my EK.. tyre size 205/40 R16 it lightly rubs sometimes.. usually on hard corners :)
But if using normal EK ones.. should be fine.

I have superlows on my ek1 hatch, currently on 16 x 7 rims (205/45 tyres) and have no rubbing at all, when its just me driving. On hard corners I do get a little but then again unless your racing everywhere you should be fine.
Yeh and try keep the offset similar to stock as said before
Enjoy the upgrade.
