dc2r back spoiler on a dc2 ?

G'day guys,

Im sorry if this has been asked before, i did do search but this specific question didnt come up...

I was wondering if the 99-00 Type-R back spoiler would bolt straight onto to a 94 Vti-R, and if so how much do they roughly cost?

I asked the same question a few months back and everyone claims to know the answer but no one has actually done it. I rang the Honda Australia head office and they told me the type r wing sits on different mounts ie you need to have new mounts and respray your boot...but as I said everyone has a different answer so I am still confused. From memory a Type R wing is around $900 OEM. Let me know how you go.....

OEM honda wing is about $1200 I think.. If it doesnt fit the VTiR holes, make your own, it should be an easy project either way.Honda are MOFO's dont beleive what they say until you know for sure yourself..
Keep eyes peeled for aftermarket wings for around $200 or so..

Yeh i doubt id go through Honda to get one, its just too expensive. I was thinking of trying my luck with a few local wreckers, alot of them dont seem to be open on weekends so i might start ringing around on Monday. I'll let you guys know how i go.

just go to those bodykit shop and get one,should be around $350 without paint and install~
