no it wont at all.




a dent in the header at any point , may affect flow.

what about a dent on the exhaust pipe itself?

any normally aspirated low power engine wont suffer from any dints along the piping...only hi-po worked cars or boosted etc may notice a change in engine performance somewhere along the rev range

so no
