5 Stud Conversion.

Few questions, for a type r 5stud convo onto a 97vtir integra.

Will it be:
1: Fairly straight forward "bolt on preety much"
2:Will I need to change suspenion?


And also, where can I get one from "eg:wreckers etc"
And how much roughly am I looking at if I install it myself.

yeah pretty much straight foward bolt off bolt on prolly can find them about 1500 to 1800

As above stated its pretty straight forward but finding one now days is almost near impossible and even if you find one they will charge you and arm and a leg for it.
Are you wanting to upgrade cause of the 5 lugs or want bigger brake. If you want bigger brake might as well look at the Spoon or any other brand.

I want the 5studs for the wheel compatablity and bigger brakes.

you can get bigger brakes with just the 4 stud. You can put the ITR brakes & rotors onto the 4x100, i've got these on mine

But i wanted the 5 stud to get different rims ;)

hey how would u put itr rotors on 4x100 if the itr rotors have the holes for 5x114....

you get them redrilled with 4x100 holes

best to buy blank rotors and get them slotted/cross drilled or whatever and drilled to 4x100
most brake places do these like Race Brakes Australia down at Wetherill Park

^ lots of talk about blank rotors, care to direct me to where i can actually get some? i've asked rda and dba and both seem to not offer 'blank' ones without

u will need to change driveshafts too as yours are 32mm but itr is 36mm(98spec)
best to get ek9 type r 5 stud as they have a 32mm hub
