Best to get someone who knows what they are doing....
In saying that first thing is take of the door trim clean out any excess glass you got around there. Then slide in the new glass but make sure its sitting on the sliders (CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG AT THIS PART). test the window by opening and closing it a few times and make sure it a line. Thats how I a line my window on my old car which wasn't power windows. I assume you got power windows

another easier way out is to find another DC2/4 door in the same color and change that hehehehe

^ problem with that is it'd be a pain to line up like factory again
regarding the window, its really a two man job
one to be behind the door looking into it and making sure it goes down okay and another to help guide the window from above down to the tracks
the windows are held in by two screws afaik

^ yes that is correct. there are two bolts that you need to take off. it's a quite simple install. like vinny said it's a two person job.
just make sure everything lines up okay and ditto!
