Creaking noise??, EK1

of lately i have been getting creaking noises, sounds like car is falling apart apart. Happens when i corner fast or go over bumps, the sound comes from the back of the car. Also seem to get a deep sort of creaking noise when i brake lightly sometimes. Whats going on?

no i havnt done anything to it, all stock

could be CV joint or bushes!!

I have an EK1 too, but mine only does it in heavy rain when braking/accelerating.. I would like to know as well!!!

Suzii - only in heavy rain is an unusual one, not sure what that could be.

Raz - common for the hondas to break the rear trailing arm bushes could be that. Other thing could be just the swaybar bolts or something in the area coming loose. Just go under and have a look, and tighten all the bolts in the area
