Dizzy making noises

im just wonderin if anyone can tell me, every morning i start my car. the dizzy i think wots it called (the black box where all the leads connects too) makes a rattling and crackling noise. what could this be?

maybe the dizzy bearing is shot ( when cold makes this noise) its failing and needs replacement. Go to a wrecker and get a replacement unit as honda dosent usually replace this bearing
