just a quick question about engine number.

where can i find the engine number on a K20a??

is this because you want to buy the DC5 Type R on ebay for $12000? if it is, I have already checked it out and the number on the engine is NOT a Type R,(and dont bid, the guys lies like nothing on earth) but if you need to look, it is on the firewall side of the engine, you will need a camera or digital camera to get it. standing in front of the car, its on the right hand side and runs vertically, not like a B18 or B16. Should be under an oil breather pipe. Hope this helps, Chris

the dc5 Type R engine Code is K20a2 and the Non-Type R dc5 engine code is K20a3.

no i have no interest for that DC5. i have a EP3 and need to find out my engine number for rego.
