Is this plastic thing replaceable as mine is MIA? How is it held on? And how would i put it back on?

yes/ theres screws behind it. unscrew and pop off.

go to wrecker and buy them. bargain them down as those pieces are useless when the entire door is smashed anyway..

The bottom screw (there's three) on both sides (passenger and driver) had sheared the plastic off.

A new OEM one suffered the same fate in a short time.

I think its a design issue.

If it's a clean separation, then some generous araldite works a treat.
