currently got a ef civic hatch that im planning to convert to efi. doing this i understand i need a tank from an efi civic.

is there a way of converting a carby tank to efi?

can i use one from a crx? or are they different?

also, the interior in it is brown. can i use the desh, door trims and seats from a crx? strait fit?

seats, dash etc are all easy however the tank you can not convert. needs a whole unit inc lines. not sure if crx will fit as the seating position is different maybe?

Yes you can use the crx tank (friend of mine here has a crx tank)

Yes the intereor should be pretty straight fit with some slight modding (i.e swap rails with crx seat and use crx or civic mounts for dash)

and it is slightly possible to use the carby tank but in reality it comes down to $$$ and weither you want pain or simplicity

Good luck mate

You don't need to swap the tank.Use an external fuel pump.

as above use a external fule pump....the outlet fuel line from ur fuel tank will be connect to the inlet of the fuel pump, also the outlet from the pump is to ur engine bay, that will be fine!

so a stock CRX tank and pump...

what about lines?

if i cant get hold on teh crx lines, will the stock carby ones do?

lets say im going to go with an aftermarket ecu.

can i just grab a front cut, or even just engine and loom, and just run a couple of new wires to the back for the pump?

I see JDMST was redundant in fulfilling the dickheadedness of here?

Meh to the point

Yes you can use the lines and from both Models (Civic and Crx) and that also includes Carby or Fuel Injected

Mate of mine is using a aftermarket Fuel Pump on his GL civic TURBO build and using carby lines (i think he said he had to just Minus and clean up a few)

and YES you can just get a engine etc etc and they should wire up fine to the Fuel pump without too much of a headache

Good luck with the build trism :)
