What do you need to know?
What make is your new CAI?
If you have installed a new CAI you need to plumb in the rocker cover breather to the new intake arm, the same way the stock setup was previously. There should be a hole ready to accept this. Everything else in the PCV system will remain untouched.
Theres been a lot of talk about the PCV system. Please search and you'll find a lot of info.

i've got the injen cai from jdmyard.
the stock setup didn't have that hose connected so i couldn't just follow it.

The Injen intakes have the small hole in the piping near the Throttle Body end. You need to run a pipe from the rocker cover breather (next to oil filler cap) to this small hole in the Injen pipe.
